Calling Telestunt using Blueface

From www.blueface.ie Ireland Locall 1890 Numbers for International Calling Gateways, such as Telestunt, are now EXCLUDED from all call plans. The numbers can still be used but will be billed at normal rates. There has also been a minor correction in our Ireland Locall 1890 rate, please see rates

is it just to telestunt that the number will be charged or is it all 1890 numbers like Government Departments, Insurance companies etc

Their web site indicates that only 1890 numbers to the likes of Telestunt are outside of call bundles. It's fair enough I suppose.
