    Hey,

    Just ordered a cab from musicstore. Anybody have any experience with them? Any problems for 1st time buyers. Usual shipping time etc..?

    i'm assuming this is the musicstore koln?

    ordered a peavey classic 50 there from them about 2 months ago, came in two days, the person i was speaking to on the phone was very helpful and even knew there were no postcodes in ireland when i said that ireland doesn't have postcodes. (i know that's a tiny topic but it's nice to know that he was aware).

    i'd reccommend them over thomann if they are in or around the same price.

    I ordered a guitar and amp from them a few years ago. Good crowd. Stuff arrived undamaged and in aobut a week

    Top notch lads. Ordered 30 or 40 times from them. Never had a problem. Jens is a decent lad.
    JUst got a package from them yesterday morning. Still waitin on my thomann one i ordered same day. I already ranted about a martin i ordered from thomann previously.

    Musicstore have never once let me down, Very good customer service and speady delivery unlike thomann who are a right pain in the arse, albeit a slightly cheaper pain in the arse.

    Its likely that your order is not in stock. When it arrives and is dispatched you will recieve an email. I'd suggest calling them.

    Does anyone know if theres a way of checking the availability of an item online from musicstore?

    Ordered stuff of music store before, Delivery was fast but the amp i ordered wasnt working and it took nearly 2 months for them to collect it and send me a new one. Bad experience with them. I use thomann now, never had any problems.

    I've had a Terrible Experience with them. I ordered an Instrument off MusicStore about a month before Christmas a year or two ago as a Christmas Present. Jens said it would be there in 3 - 5 days..... 2 Months AFTER christmas- It still hadn't come. I sent him about 10 emails during this time, I recieved a more ignorant response each time (he kept assuring me it would come very soon). I eventually canceled the order.

    So, Santa didn't get him the Present he was promised... And that really caused trouble....
