    I took this photo in Dublin yesterday. It is on a main street on the south side of the city. Do you know where it is? I can't offer a prize as I have no money in my Paypal account but if I ever meet you I'll buy you a pint of a beverage of your choice.

    No Captain P. It's in Lower Baggot Street over a pharmacy (I think). The ram sculpture is over the door of the Ulster Bank at the junction of Pembroke Street and Lower Baggot Street.

    what does it say I can't read it?

    It says "To his Excellency The Lord Lieutenant" which I guess dates from before the foundation of the State.
