    Can a paypal account be verifyed by a 3V card?
    I have a feeling it cant but its worth a try ;-/

    I would say probably no. Even if you could and if I'm not mistaken, your "credit card number" changes every time you get a new voucher so you'd constantly need to update it with PayPal.

    I have a "real" BOI Visa card and my paypal is status is "Irish Unverified"
    you see they will debit a random amount which you then quote back, but this only removes the monetary cap, to become verified it seems that you need a postcode/zip which I cannot provide.

    So to answer your question even if you do enter your 3V number successfully you will not be "Verified"

    I'm verified using a 3V card, just follow the instructions.
