Are you reconciled with your species?

This question assumes you've had a falling out in the first place. Well, it's a common experience to despair about humans as a species as far as I can see so this thread should be relevant to many posters here.

As for me, I would have to say that I find this reconciliation to be a slow process but I have travelled some way along the route to acceptance... bumpy, though!

I have not reconciled with the human race. I probably never will. In fact, I hate them and will smile(well my assorted atoms, in their respective places, that will be floating around, will move or wiggle a bit as I will be long dead. Who knows though? Maybe I will be playing nuclear chess or pogs or something in the afterlife I picture.) the day the human race goes poof, non existance.

    /me does the atomic worm.

I dont think I have. I try but then I look around at the abundant supply of complete and utter muppets and wonder how we share the same DNA structure :(. Its quite depressing really.

I have a lot of faith in the human race.

It's not perfect, and I doubt it will last forever, but that's okay. I see us as another step in the evolutionary process and my best guess is that we're filling that role well enough.

As for reconciling with our 'leaders' and our 'way of life' here in 'the west' : nope. There must be something better tbh.

    No, I am not.
this is the shape and form we inhabit but we are something else.

And you resent life in the shape which it exists?

The human race may go screw itself sideways with a trombone. Any resulting offspring would likely be an improvement.

And no, I won't budge from this stance. The human race started it. It's up to everyone else to apologise.

I'm just hanging out in this form until the wheel turns again and I can be reborn as a house cat. They have the sweetest life.

Noooo, for the most part, humans f*ck up everything. Let's leave it at that.

Any animosity I feel towards the species can be mitigated against by an understanding that other people are both as clued in, and at once in the dark about what goes on around them as you are.

Confrontations are inevitable, and you can always fault all the parties involved equally.
