I've been using one since Christmas, and have had no problems. I only have an AGP card, but anything I've read says that the AGP and PCI-Express performance is pretty much identical, no compromising made.

ASRock have an SLI board out now too.

Not really. There's a couple of reviews for it floating around the net if you're curious about performance benchmark scores

    Yup.

That Asrock board has a ULI chipset which has a native AGP and PCI-E slot, it isn't a fake AGP slot or being emulated so you have no need to worry about anything being wrong with it.

However PCI-E is faster than AGP not by much but the gap does get higher at increased resolutions and the more pressure you put on the bus.

so is it worth getting if at end of year l was getting a pci-e graphic card and wouldnt be looseing much compared to other current mobos as lm not into over clocking mobo and it would last me 2 years
my current ati x800xt pe plays everything and want to hold onto it for while more and wouldnt get much for it now to justifie changing to pci-e g card yet,so was looking at asrock sata dual 2 or a xfire mobo
