Employer changing work hours....

Kind of complicated story here but i'll try to keep it short. I work for a sales/marketing company doing telesales work, this week we just started a new project. now with this weekend being easter weekend, working hours have been a bit all over the place.

Mon: we looked at our schedules and see that we are working mon-wed 11-8 and thursday from 12-8, friday was marked as a day's annual leave and sat off

Even though we did'nt have any choice in taking friday as a day's annual leave nobody seems to mind that.
Monday was a poor enough start to said project and so first thing Tues morning we were told that if we are not close to reaching a set target by thursday that that may ask us to work Saturday in order to get nearer our target.

Today (Wed) approx 5 people that i saw were asked\told to work saturday, 1 girl who refused was told that she would be docked a days pay as they were not giving us annual leave for Friday anymore. (has not been said to all of us yet)

8pm Wed evening, as we log out and get ready to go home were are told that we are now working from 11-8 tomorrow (thurs) instead of 12-8 that is marked on our schedules.

    2 things:
    1) I'm pretty sure that they cannot change our working hours without giving 24hr's notice of the changes and i think i found it mentioned in the irish statute book http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/ZZA20Y1997S17.html section 17 (2)

    2) Anyone know where we stand with our employer giving us good friday of as a day's annual leave but then turning around on wednesday and saying you have to now work saturday instead and your not getting paid for friday as annual leave anymore. Is that legal? I thought there was something about employers having to give 7 or 10 days notice if they were cancelling your annual leave? anyone know where i can find info on this?

    Thanks in advance.
