Am thinking of heading off travelling for twelve weeks after I finish college. This seems like a very long time to spend away, especially without my boyfriend! :(

So I was just wondering what your experiences of travelling/being away for such a long time were, and does it really feel like a very long time once you're away? I'm definitely having doubts (especially about leaving my boyfriend for such a long time - never been apart for longer than three weeks) but I think I'd regret it if I didn't go!

I think the Travel Show on Newstalk 106 next Tuesday night will be about traveling on your own. Might be worth checking out.

I'd say go - whats 3 months! It'll be tough leaving - but you dont want to spend years regretting not going.

Oh I forgot to mention, I won't be travelling on my own - It's just gonna be me and my friend! (But no boyfriend!)
