One Wallop or Another

Got out my old Argentine Mauser the other day. Found some brass from reloading years ago and made some nice light loads.
Original cartridges gave it more recoil than my old shoulders like.
On the way home the shop had one box of re-loadable Norma ammo. Got that then the owner said he would order more, until he saw the price. He’ll get em if I want. $55 US plus change for 20 rounds.
Anyone got some brass?:eek:

Thanks. It’s 7.65x54 or 53 in some circles. Primers, bullets and powder are no problem. Brass on the other hand...


It may be just as well I cant shoot it. The rifle was about $38.00 in the early 70’s. (showing my age). I’m told that they are going for $300 to $600 today.

Thanks but I’ve used that ammo. While it works fine it has some powerful recoil and sadly being Berdan primed I can’t reload it.
