    Does anyone out there know of any issues with VOIP and sky boxes or any work arounds :)

    It won't work. The digibox requires a real phone line. If you only have a single digibox and you don't use the on-demand stuff, then you don't need to have it plugged in.

    In theory it *MAY* work if you use G.711 codec as this is uncompressed. But unless you have a good bit of upload speed, this isn't recommended.

    Voip cannot handle the regular modem signals from the Sky box.
