I went to play burnout revenge (xbox360) last night on line, and it made me update.
What was the update for, live or burnout? and what does it do.
btw I hadn't been on in a week so it could be an update from a week ago.

The next time you pop in ‘Burnout Revenge” you’ll be prompted for an auto update. I don’t have the complete list of what this AU does, but I can tell you that the cars you downloaded from the Xbox Kiosks will now work.

If you connect your memory card to a burnout kiosk in a shop, you could download cars, but the cars you downloaded were from a beta version, and wouldn't work when you brought the save home to your own xbox. This update fixs that, so the cars will save on correctly.

so now I need to go to a kiosk for the content! but my ass is large, fat and stuck to my couch, why couldn't they put it on live

No, you dont understand, the patch was released so people who got cars from the kiosks could use them on there own console at home. The cars will or are available on live.
