Irish Poker Open Officially SOLD OUT!!!

Demand for paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open seats proves phenomenal – event sold out as of Noon Tuesday 11th April 2006

The €1millon plus paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open main event has sold out, reaching its capacity of 350 players days before the event begins at 4pm on Saturday 15th April 2006.

The Merrion Casino Club is opening a reserve list. Players wishing to add their names to the list should contact the Merrion Casino Club on +353 1 662 9325 from 2pm to 6am daily.

Players who have registered for the Irish Open main event but not yet paid their €3,000 entry (plus €200 registration fee) must do so by 10pm on Friday 14th April 2006 or their names will be taken off the registration list. We would request players travelling from abroad to contact the Merrion if they will not be arriving until Saturday.

On the morning of Saturday 15th April any unallocated seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis to Single Table Satellite Tournaments at Jury’s, Ballsbridge Hotel as they fill.

Seats at the side events at the Irish Open festival are still available.

Wow. Looks like your gonna have to make 2 day 1's next year the way numbers just increasing.
This should be great event I should have really tried to qualify on PPP I'm gutted now I didn't even try one satellite. The live final table should be fun to watch and I have a sneaking suspicion that this one of the main reasons for the sell out.

Theres only 319 players on that list so a few to be updated. BTW I didn't manually count them that would be extremly sad I just copied and pasted to excel to find the number.

Can only reg for this tomorow in jurys..Merrion said plenty of seats left, but im sure they will fill up rapid early tomorow...
