There are two different songs that were used in two different heiniken music ads.

The first ad was the one with all the people who had speakers for heads. I think it was set around Dublin.

The other ad is the one running right now. It has some guy standing on a bus and another person sitting down listening to music. The first guy goes over to him and sits beside him. He then leans over to listen to the music.
