I used to love my job. But the pressure has gone ridiclous these last few years. I work for a main dealer(motor trade)

Isn't it funny. The "Celtic Tiger" seems to have reduced our quality of life - working harder, higher prices, more debt.

At least we have freedom to pick and choose our employers (generally speaking) but other than that, has life gotten worse???

On the No side, in my case I live in a county where I am married and have house built, they know that unless I have to change that it will be 1.5 hours drive to and from work. So they have us really.

We work harder here than in another other job I have worked in the last 10 years of working and it would bore u stiff! (if it wasn't for boards!! ;) )

I am one of the least satisfied workers around - and my work even has a big creative (or bullshítting, depending on how you look at it!) element to it! I'm gonna get out of the rat race soon I hope...

I'm satisfied with my job. It may be a bit boring sometimes, but the company I work for is great, lots of nice little things like free lunch, bonuses, and very nice workmates, plus a better than average compensation, flexi-time, half-day Fridays, and a whole lot of other things to make work life less terrible ;-)

    So I truly can't complain!

I'm single, I don't particularly like where I'm living, I'm not well paid but I quite like the place I'm working. It's the one thing keeping me sane tbh.

Not overly happy with current job atm, but in saying that, I'm with the company for 6 years now!

I just find it hard to change the routine.

I hate my current job (or company more like), but according to job websites I'm too thick for another identical role as they don't exist.

I'm not sure I'd be able for my dream job either... train driving.
