photoshop query

    hi

    looking for help doing this in photoshop

    I want to be able to create an image like the attached where I can 'zoom' parts of the image separately.
    oe.jpg

    Have googled for info / p-shop filters but cannot seem to find how to do this.

    Take your screen shot ....

    Copy the piece you want and paste it into a new layer ...

    Resize the background layer to make it smaller than it originally was...

    hey presto you've a zoomed ish look ...

    Add a shape for the zoom ... add a new layer fill with grey ... do a blur on this ... cut it out ..

    That any help ?
