Are there many people out there who were spoiled as a child; I don't mean Paris Hilton spoiled but spoiled in the sense that you got the best clothes, toys, computer games etc.

i am being spoiled at the moment.. i got a psp sont handycam, which is mine not the familes, i got lots and lots of pc xbox and psp games in my office. my brother he has sony vaio, psp, we have a new 3 series, my dads. and sky digital on two tvs one which is 28" i think.. its also flatscreen!

hospital when i was born and they had to come to the house and plead with her
to take me:D all downhill from there. black sheep.My brother was spoiled
got all the latest stuff.I got toys from markets dolls with eyes missing
and rag dolls.god i hated them.:(

I was the only kid of four boys to be breast fed so maybe that has something to do with it. Anyway being spoiled rules

Nope. I don't think so anyway? Got presents at xmas and bday, 3 square meals and all the schoolbooks i could read.

In fact I remember one time I'd had managed to save up enough money to buy some Italia 90's stickers at the newsagents. Well despite all the scrimping I only had enough for one pack. Didn't matter cos I was happy just to get em. But before I even had time to open the packet an older boy went up to the counter and bought SIX packs and then proceeded to rub this fact right in my face

Im the youngest child by 13 years.. so i'd have to say that im spoilt, and my girlfreind maintains that i am(and most of my other freinds too)

I spent the yrs 3-11 in a sealed barrell. however my mum did drill a hole so I could breathe, and placed a radio on top whenever Donncha Dulaigh was on

Yeh i was and suppose i still am a bit. I'm the youngest after 10 years( I was my "Daddy's Surprise" as they put it.) but i was spoilt back in the 80's when being spoilt meant getting a fat frog or the odd surprise from 'tommy's wonderland' every now and then or going to Dunnes for a new pair of runners (Super Sizzlers anyone?). I was a teenager in the 90's when the whole 'Celtic Tiger' hit then i was definitely spoilt with my green Air Max and playstations etc...

Its alright though, I spoil the sh1t out of my nephews now.

I was the only child in the family, so yeah, I was a little spoilt, and proud of it!

guess it's down to being the baby of the family...

i only managed to gain total independance at the age of 23 (less than a year ago!). i'd grown so used to mooching off my folks that i rarely felt preassured to hold down a job/study my ass off etc.
as nice as it is to be in total control of your financial situation, i wouldn't say no to someone buying me a car:p
