Spin 103.8 are too kind

I have just won 2 tickets to see Faithless at Marley park, thanks to Spin 103.8.
Last Friday a friend of mine won 2 tickets to Barcelona.
Since Chritstmas I have won 4 CD's, tickets to Dara O' Brian and a Spin Brolly, my sis has won a brolly, a CD and a goodie bag with beauty products.
My friend who won the Barcelona tickets has won call credit and CD's!

Loadsa people I go to to college with wins prizes from Spin the whole time!

Seriously, are we just lucky devils or have you been on the receiving end of Spin goodies too?

Maybe they are just making up for the **** music they play, on repeat, alllll day long, day in day out. I can't stand spin!!! Same with most radio stations. I actually heard some Leonard Cohen on Radio 1 the other week, now that's what you want, and a bit of Lyric too. I don't listen to the radio enough to know what else is out there, thank the big men for MP3 players!!!

well there isnt much of a choice to be honest on irish radio...

lets see...
2fm....
fm104 ( more or less the same material everyday every week )
spin ( repeats a lot of songs but varies compared to fm104 )
east coast ( signal not the best in certain parts of dublin but evening music can be eventful )

as for other's, then your talking about different genre of music..
myself, i go between fm104 strawberry alarm clock, and when thats over i go to 2fm. cant stand same music all day... after 6, i listen to jenny green on fm104 cos its like 120 mins of music and not repeated!
spin is good at night and weekends...

ive never won a prize, but ive entered a few and been on fm104 for "whats that sound" and the 3 voices yoke. thats about it.

Pretty much all Irish statons are rubbish (well, Dublin ones anyway). I listen to the Strawberry Alarmclock in the mornings, then it's over to Virgin Radio (1215AM) for the remains of the day.
