for quite a while i have had a rather weird feeling. you like when you change from temperature, like when you go to a cold place, and then to a hot place, and you feel like your skin crawling. i don't know if i did a good job describing this, but i hope you will understand. well, i have been feeling this for quite a while when i feel excited or i'm doing activities like exercise. i don't like it cause is always like this, and i don't really know what it is. anyone knows?

its a stress reaction. Its caused by the release of adrenaline which causes the symptoms of anxiety and heightened awareness.

I actually know the feeling that you describe and I used to get it at the height of my 'stressful years'. It was rather a comfortable feeling - I miss it.

Any chance you're doing that on an empty stomach?

Sounds like it's heart related. Blood pressure-or something. Get it checked?
