Do you think so? Phil said himself that he had been laying down hands so maybe KJ lad thought he could push him off the pot? Although i dont know what the stack sizes were which would make a big difference on whether this would work or not.

no, i saw that on tv as well. the KJ guy had called a substantial all in bet with j 10 suited pre flop earlier on that table. he seemed like a bit of a donkey. having said that, i shouldnt really judge a player based on 2 hands...

Been watching most of this High Stakes Poker series from GSN...

Hellmuth demonstrating why he has a bad cash game rep..not just in this hand, but over and over. He said in one show he'd bring $2m to the table next time, I think Negranu mutter something about the wait list for that one!

some of these clips are really just brilliant to watch, i usually couldn't ever agree with phil hellmuth and i certainly don't agree with his rant but what a WOEFUL play with that KJ!
