I've spent about an hour trying to get past the start of the mission - cooup d'etat where you are in the helicopter. Any tips for using that gun? I tried just holding fire and spraying them out of it, and doing burst fire and letting the gun cool down.. but I keep dying.. Any tips? (no cheats plz )

Nah took me a while to get past it, was pure luck in the end.
I was shooting in bursts unless i was aiming at the vehicles.
As soon as you see a vehicle shoot it.

I noticed on that section that there is no consistency in the amount you get shot. I died within the first few seconds then next go i was barely killing any of them and they weren't even hitting, brutal.

Have to say I'm not impressed, online isn't great either, it'll be a swap for oblivion next week.

when in the helicopter i switch to first person view and find that alot better , also fire in bursts.

hold down left trigger too,gives you a smoother aim/zooms in too to give you a more acccurate shot rather than a spray of rounds ........

take out vehicles on sight, don't just hold down the R trigger, fire in short bursts and the L trigger is your friend

do that and you should get it fairly handy

I completed it anyway, thanks.. didn't use the L aim at all, I think my problem was the gun wasn't cooled down enough to blow up the vehicles so that made more of them come out..
