Upper right back teeth

Upper right area feels like one tooth needs to be reefed out for good.
Trouble is i don't know which one it is.
The dentist said it might be the first of the double teeth that needs route canal treatment ,but that it has to be done by a specialist because the tooth is at an angle that is very hard to work on.

Personally i think it's the last single tooth before the double teeth start as there is an almighty filling in it already and sometimes i can actually almost get it to move.

Is there any non dental professional way of knowing if a tooth should say sia nora for the last time ??:o

Dental pain if it is not really really bad can be very hard to localise even for a dentist. Espically if the teeth all have big fillings. Vitality tests like hot/cold and electricity can reveal if the nerve in the tooth is damaged or dead. However if the tooth is salvagable at all try and hang on to it. You only get one set of adult teeth and they may have to last you for 80 years or more so dont get an extraction unless you absoutly have to.
