    UCW is Proud to announce

    Good Friday Disagreement, Global Warfare

Friday 14th April at the Wellington park Hotel, Belfast.

    Card: (Subject to change)

    UCW Cruiserweight Championship
    RODD Vs Takahiro Fujinami ©

This ongoing rivalry started back at Christmas Carnage, the flamboyant enigma took issue with the Japanese star. With the power of the Foreign Faction behind him, will RODD become another name on Takahiro's list of victories. Or will RODD finally achieve his life long dream of super stardom, by taking the UCW Cruiserweight Championship back to Tinsel Town?!

    Open Challenge
Sensational Shawn Scott has issued an Open Challenge to anyone in the locker room, who thinks they are man enough to go toe to toe with the 'best body in UCW'. Can anyone withstand the power of the 'Sweet Sensation'?

    UCW Hardcore Championship
Mick Stupp © Vs Darren Thompson

Mick Stupp is a man who knows no fear, though some people say he's a man who doesn't know much about anything. Since he won his title, he has been lacking competition. When Terry Thompson and the UCW Committee said they wanted some new blood in the Hardcore Division, Darren Thompson was the first to step up. Since defeating his brother in a Street Fight, he is convinced he is the most Hardcore star in UCW has ever seen. What will happen at GFD when the unstable champion, goes face to face with the self proclaimed 'Future Hardcore Icon' Darren Thompson?

    UCW Tag Team Championship
The Deathrow Dogs © Vs JDP & Vice

At the time of the Tag titles introduction into UCW at Summer Assault '05, Terry T had hand picked Towers' members ready to claim the belts. Unfortunatly for the Towers, Andi Thompson placed The Deathrow Dogs into the Title Tournament and they went on to take the gold that night. Since then, JDP + Vice have been working towards claiming what they consider to have been theirs from the very beginning, as Dunkan and BLH were not originally part of Terry's tournament. JDP earned this title shot by beating BLH in a casket match at Unfinished Business '05. With Andi gone, Terry is in complete control of UCW; will this be enough to ensure the second ever UCW Tag Team Champions, or will their attempts be thwarted once again?

    Triple Threat Match
Joey Cabray Vs "All Star" Anthony Idol Vs Alex Breslin

Despite being newcomers to UCW, Joey and Alex have fought in both Europe and America. Two weeks prior to New Direction '06, Alex injured her shoulder and was warned by doctors not to compete. Despite this, her ever present loyalty to her fans meant she ignored her pain and went ahead with the planned match with Joey Cabray, though a gutsy decision, it may not have been the smartest. He focused on the shoulder and the submission seemed inevitable. When Joey would not break the hold, her good friend Anthony Idol took issue with Joey and challenged him to a match there and then. He would go on to defeated the larger Joey Cabray and score a crucial victory in his first UCW match. Now with Alex back at full strength, Joey in a rage over being beaten and the unpredicability of UCW's newest cruiserweight, this match is sure to be amazing.

    UCW Championship - Lumberjack Match
    The Machine © Vs Tron

The Machine was one of the founding members of Thompson's Towers, infact it was their very creation that some would credit his UCW Championship reign to. In the matches following this huge victory, he found a new fanbase growing; Terry Thompson did not take kindly to one of his towers shining more brightly than the collective unit. Unfinished Business '05 saw Tron win the UCW Rumble, winning both #1 contendorship and his place as the front runner of the Towers. Tron has been holding off using his contract, but feels April 14th is a perfect night to claim what he believes should be his. It's a real life David and Goliath, but who will walk away UCW Champion? With the Governor adding a lumberjack stipulation, can The Machine overcome The Towers aswell as Tron?

Why was it pointless? The guy's advertising a wrestling event in Ireland. Belfast would be a bit far for me to travel, but I'd go if I lived near Belfast

I thought that people would like to know there is other wrestling promotions out there. People that use this forum aren't just from Southern Ireland.
