    Hello,

I'm new to the forum, bar a bit of lurking prior to purchase.
I have just bought a BGT, sourced in England. Last of the chrome bumper models. It's my first venture into classic motoring and I thought an MG was a good starter.
I have done 500 miles in her so far and no troubles. I should be driving my daily but I just can't resist bringing her to work every morning the sun is even attempting to come out.

Thanks to all on this forum. The advice picked up from previous threads has been invaluable.

Ireland really is a small place. I exchanged salutes with a beauty of an XJC Jag in Kinsealy the other morning. Due to my excellent detective work I'm pretty sure that it was ERIC318, so hello Eric, I hope to see you around again.

I've tried to attach photos. I hope you like her,

    Dasher.

Hi Dasher and welcome. Best of luck with your MG - she looks like a minter.

Don't worry about driving it daily - it can only be good for the car.
