Screendump?

Hi. How do you that thing where you freeze the screen and then are able to select a portion of it and copy it.... is it called screendump when you do the whole screen....... Anyway how do you do it? Thanks.

press print screen button

it copies your screen to the pasteboard

open a photo enhancement package

make new document

choose size that your monitor is set to i.e 640x480

then choose <edit> paste

the crop and save

And if you just want to capture a window, ie an error message window.. hold alt and press print screen.
