    There are a few good Jewellers just off Grafton St, I can't think of the name of it for the life of me, barratt's is on the corner of it, go down the lane towards Sth William street and there are a few jewellers there.

    I imagine they could give you a value or poitn you in the right direction.

    Appleby Jewellers, not the one in the Powerscourt Centre but the one down the little lane off Grafton Street. Has one of the few properly qualified gemologists in the country. These guys know their stuff. Be prepared to be BLINGED lol :D
