I'm doing a podcast for a school project(transition year), and the podcast will be available for download off the school website, whats the story with permission to use a song? Can I use it so long as I dont charge for the podcast or do i still need permission?

duno if this is the best place for this. anyway you cant use a song on a podcast unless you have the expressed permission of the copyright owner. there are specific places you can go to get podcast-friendly music.
