Circuit bending

Hi, does anyone here have any experience in circuit bending (i.e., messing around with the bits inside electronic musical instruments to create new, weird, experimental sounds). I just acquired a free 25 year old casio keyboard and it'd be cool to screw around with it... I'm a music technology enthusiast but have very little experience with electronics. Anyone got suggestions on how to get started?

Well I've never tried it myself but I might some day. www.em411.com have a circuit bending forum anyway, you should have a look there.
