I can't share the optimism about this image... is this a blueish duotone or are the colors just wrong? there's also a lot of grain in picture, did you edit that in or is it from the camera? If it's edited in, I don't think it works for this picture. Also the reflection of the tree on the hood is a bit distracting, but that's not always something you can do anything about. I agree that the crop is nice though.
