If you missed the hardrockpisstrunk.com posting, I think it’s important to let you know that listening to and keeping up on modern European hardcore is, short of being able to translate STALIN lyrics, the number one sure fire by-pass to the wildcard race of punk-point nerddom… And it, incontestably, will get you laid twelve times before the end of six song EP! And believe it or not, in the case of HJERTESTOP and most Kick n’ Punch releases, you’re actually getting a few good songs out of it too! HJERTESTOP definitely doesn’t grab me the way YOUNG WASTENERS did, but this offering of fast, energetic, melodic, early ‘80s American style HC is definitely a cut above. (VH)
