MSN Messenger Audio Problem...

Ok long story short, i've just setup Msn messenger for my dad, my brother and my sister on their pc's, they all have webcams and headsets so wanted to be able to chat to each other without running up the phone bills.

Strange problem though, webcams all work fine, but the sound is where i have the problem.
    1) If my dad connects to my brother they can both talk to and hear each other fine.
    2) If my brother connects to my sister, she can hear him fine but he cannot hear her at all.
    3) If my dad connects to my sister, he can hear her but she cannot hear him at all.

Setup seems to be identical on all machines, and if anybody records a voice clip and sends that then they can be heard fine so obviously the microphones are all setup and working okay, just cannot figure out why we get no sound in some directions but not in others.

    Any ideas?
