Looking for extensive blogging software

    Hello all,

    I have been asked to install some sort of customizable blog software on a site. They are after something similar to the functionality on this site http://www.urbanpath.com/london/british/canteen.htm - where a restaurant/bar is displayed and the user has an option to add a comment and a rating - but has to be logged in first.

    Anyone know of any blog software capable of this (free or license) ? I'm not sure if is possible as I don't know a lot about blogging etc yet.

    this is a license script which is similar to a blog thing, with comments etc. no "rating" function afaik, but i'd be sure you can find a rating script somewhere around to throw in as an add-on to wsnm
