One and Five are excellent I would say. I like the angles and the shadow in #1, and just think #5 is great subject matter

The others all show a good eye, but they're not your best i'd imagine

I like #1. #5 would be better if the depth of field or focus changed so that the prints at the bottom were in focus too.

Yeah I did in fact take another shot where the first "hand" was in focus, but liked this one better.

And beans, you're right, the others are definitely not my best :).

Thanks for the comments on #1 and 5, they're my favorite from this session as well.

Nice shots (especially 1,2,5). Where in Greystones were the handprints?

You can find the handprints if you cross the walkbridge on the Dart Platform and take leave platform 2 through the exit where you get on the carpark. Just walk around the corner towards the beach when you leave the carpark, it's right there near the wall.

1 is very nice, 2 is interesting, kind of peeking at the lads in the boat.
6 looks mad with all the flare from the lights :)

Yeah I named it "Starry starry night!" :D

Aperture F22 at 30" :) Wasn't too happy about the result though, it looked better on my camera LCD.

The first and fifth picture are really nice... I like the focus you got on these pictures. The tone of the first is very nice too..
    Keep up the good shooting..

I'd say it would look great if you took it at a lower aperture. Say 6.7, and kept the same exposure?

In the first two, i think the out of focus foreground is too distracting.

    i like shots 1 and 2,
there is a cork/kerry photo comp i think they would be perfect for!

    (i found it through google)

Dimy can I ask what equipment were you using?

Yeah but this was made in county Wicklow :). My equipment is listed in my signature.

Canon EOS 350D, I used the Sigma 70-300mm lens for these photos.

Yeah I shot the first pic also with an "in-focus" foreground, but after some thinking and consideration I liked this one better, just a personal thing. I took many many shots of the boats lying around there, only kept a select few though. I always play around with different settings and different focus points and angles.
