I just got satelite at home, theres tons of channels on everything you can think of.

But so far I haven't found anything on Photography - FashionTV has a show called "Photographers", but from what I've seen of it, theres not much about photography.

Does anyone know of a station that has documentary's on photography/photographers - maybe one of those Discovery channels?

You're lucky...I only have RTE1, 2, TG4 and TV3  But anywayz... til a few weeks back there was a show on RTE1 named Wild Trials, kinda liked that... they took some famous people without experience in photography and gave them an assignment, they got a quick course by a photographer and were then send off to some remote place to take pictures on anything from insects to deers in Ireland. The winner was send to the rocky mountains to take pictures of wolves. It was more entertaining than education though, but still nice.

Completely off-topic to your original question though... hope someone else is more helpful :D

Theres feic all photography on TV. I watch every one of those programes on FTV and they are repeated constantly. Sometimes BBC3 shows stuff and sometimes the Arts Channel is free and shows documentaries.

Perhaps try the sat forum and see if anyone has some searchable sat listings.
