Anyway I assumed the best way to withdraw was with neteller but they won't let me use it unless I deposit first. Problem is I can't deposit on neteller without physical bank transfer or visa (only have mastercard). Wonder if anyone could help me solve the dilemma.
I don't really want to borrow a visa but if I eventually need to I might.
I can withdraw all the money with a draft no problem but I'd rather transfer the money onto another site.

Any ideas for me would be greatly appreciated!
