I understand that any replys are just opinion and will not rely on them as legal advice

Make a complaint to your boss that you are systematicly being paid wrong and that you want all arrears brought up to date by say this day next week, copy it to payroll and HR. If that doesn't work, write him a letter stating the same, copy it to payroll and HR.

If that doesn't work, you should be able to make a complaint to the Labour Relations Commission for non-payment of wages.

I am just wondering if by any chance you have a fifteen min break? Could that be the other 15 mins that is being docked??

On the wages matter I would be inclined to send a complaint in writing as well and see where that gets you. Do you have a contract saying you are paid monthly/?

    NALO [Not A legal Opinion]

Keep a proper record of all relevant problems as they occur.

In dealings with management about these sorts of isues put it in writing. Where matters have been dealt with by conversation you follow them up in writing. Slippery types hate this but it keeps you right and protects you from other peoples' convenient amnesia.
