It depends what you like. I've been to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore.

My fave is Cambodia, Phnom Penh is a fun city, great nightlife, Sihnoukville has some lovely beaches - There is a place called the queen hills resort which has some lovley log cabins to rent above a deserted.
Siem Reap and Angkor Wat just cannot be missed. Food is cheap, Beer is cheap, Acommodation is cheap and travel is cheap.

If you like cities, Hong Kong would be my recommendation. The island is soooo busy. Great electronics shopping to be had in Sham Shui Po and Mongkok in Kowloon. I've always been impressed by the dragon shopping centre with a roller coaster hanging from the ceiling.

I didn't really like Vietnam. I found the people very difficult - just a personal observation.

I've only been to Bangkok in Thailand. Got pissed off with everyone trying to constantly rip me off. I hear there is a lovely train ride to be had from Bangkok to Chiang Mi though.
