    Just got this email in, and I am green with envy!!! cause I will miss
    this being in Thailand with daily Muay Thai and hot chicks!!! :p

    Combatives RBSD Instructor Lee Morrisson of www.urbancombatives.com
    is doing a seminar in dublin. details below.

    Lee Morrisson is excellent. I got 2 of this DVDs, and what he teaches is
    excellent combatives for the street.

    I would highly recommend this seminar if you are interested in real combatives.

    Damn! I might fly home for it!!! could do with a guinness anyway!!!





    Presents the very first UC Seminar in Ireland with Lee Morrison



    TOPICS FOR THE DAY INCLUDE:





    A definition of Modern Combatives.

    Basic strikes and partner/impact work:

    Developing a Self-Protection Game Plan:

    Combination strikes applied pre-emptively as continuous attacks

    The principles of FORWARD PRESSURE & VEHEMENCE

    Looking at Combative principles and the Vital Pyramid.

    Offensive clinch/methods of counter clinch/offensive takedowns.

    Using deception, (Artifice) via misdirection & brain engagement.

    Situational offence against common unarmed attacks:

    Conditioning stress drills for ATP task specific fitness.

    Q & A, debrief and handouts.

    COST: LOCATION/VENUE:

    80 Euros per student IERNE Sports Club

    9:30 to 3pm

    A light breakfast will also be supplied

    Lunch 12-12:45(is provided)

    I just heard that news about Lee a few minutes ago myself via an email.

    Also, Mick Coup will be coming over at some point in the near future - Finally Combatives is coming to town.

    Hey Gerry, all the info is there EXCEPT a date:) Any idea of when its actually on? Spoke with Lee Morrisson briefly at a Sayoc Kali seminar in Warwick last year. Hes a big guy! Wouldn't mind going for a look if I'm free.

    yeah Lees stuff is great. I think he was a UK champ level power weight lifter for a good few years. hence being a big dude!!
