is there a school which teaches the lot. ie behind you're ass kicks, knees, low kicks, ax kicks and boxing, creating the complete fighter?

Everyone, I'm sure, will tell that the combination you just described doesnt make the complete fighter, and if they do say that, they'll be dead right.
Mauy Thai would have more techniques than you just mentioned. So try Bridgestone.

    Peace

Kyokushin also has all those strikes and more. In Kokoro, we do Judo and BJJ too. Our website is www.mma-ireland.com or www.kyokushinbudokai.org
