Backyard Wrestling?

I remember back in the day when there were tones of backyard promotions scattered around the great dublin region, i have a fair idea that most of the guys that did it back then, like myself grew out of it.
However we had a bit of a rebirth when i put together a show on paddys day and it was the most fun i have had in a long time.
So i was wondering if any backyard stuff is still going on in the greater dublin region?

Why bother? I was at a wrestling show on Paddy's Day, IwW put on a great one

That sounds like your classing IwW with yardtards.

With more wrestling schools around (3 I know of), I think people would rather learn how to wrestle properly. Therefore the decline with backyarders, although you can never truly get rid of them.
