Skate spots in Wicklow area

    Will be staying in Wicklow for 3 weeks in July...what`s the skate scene like around there...anywhere for an old bowl / transition skater to get a few grinds going?
    Flying in from NZ, and would like to know if it`s worth packing my skate gear.

    Oh yeah, what`s the update on that Whicklow pool I read about?

    There should be the first of the concrete parks built by then ,We''l see ya right.Theres a good scene around Greystones.What part of godsown are ye from, I did about 18 months there.

    I`m from a place called Masterton, about 1 1/2 hours north of Wellington.
    Welly`s just got a new park with a rad as pool.
    Anything like it gonna be built in Ireland any time soon?
