    Kind of... get an airbrush (or airbrudh tool on photoshop) and white blue the edges a bit.... that'll do it.

    Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

    Add some grain.. lower saturation. copy and paste the layer, set opacity to 10, add Gaussian blur then more it about 10 Pixels up.. maybe..

    If you want a REALLY authentic look... Print it out as is, drip a drop or 2 of water on it and let soak, and add some random scratches (I don't care what anyone says, what photoshop does isn't random...) Scan it back in, and see what you can do from there.

    This waterway was very busy in the late 1800s and I would like to make the photos appear to be from that era.
