My Windows media player quick launch Icon is gone all funny compared to how it was See Attachment. Also the Google Toolbar Spell Checker is gone atrociously slow to check things. I have had it twice last week destroy everything I had written by joining sentences together and removing others. Any Ideas?

For the icon, you could download TweakUI and there's an option there to rebuild the OS's icon cache. Not sure about the google toolbar problem as I don't use it.

Used to have that problem, TweakUI like Stark mentioned should fix it for you.
