I've used uTorrent for months now and it really is becoming quite a phenomenal rich full-featured BitTorrent client.

The RSS feed feature is lovely - i know this was in Azureus a while back but i find uTorrent's less-strict and easier to define.

And for anyone that isn't using uTorrent, download it now! (only 150K )

Yeah.. the private tracker i use it works with it providing you use an RSS feed and data from your cookie. It seems to work quite well!

Didn't find any of the Easter Eggs either!

It's a bit of a puzzle to find the easter eggs. There round about the program you just need to know where to look.

    :D

Hi this might be slightly off topic here, so mods move my post if this is the case. I have just moved into new appartments with a free BB connection and was told i could DL .mp3 and such with this connection so far e-mule, which i was previously using at my former residence, has not been able to connect to any of its servers, nor has any other torrent clients. A friend of mine told me that the main router has probably got common ports blocked that these programs use. I just DL'd uTorrent to see if it had the same problem, and it did. Although i did notice it had a cool connection set up wizard when first installed which checked the forwarding port. My question is dose anyone know if all ports are blocked by this router and is there any i can try, to get uTorrent working or is thee any other away around this problem? Any help will be much apprieciated.

You can change the default listening port in Azureus to something like 10000, if that happens not to be blocked by the router. The default bit torrent port 6881 (or whatever) is usually blocked. I changed my listening port in BitComet and performance increased quite a bit.

    Hope that helps

Cheers, but virtualy every port i try seems to be blocked, bar port 23, which i understand is used for FTP so uTorrent doesn't work on this port. Surely there has to be one port unblocked im getting speeds similar to that of ISDN and it supposed to be a 3mb line. As far as i know not many people living here have PC's, the ones i do are all suffering form the same speeds or lack of when it comes to using any DLing client. Does anyone else have anymore suggestions?
