Photoshop Elements?? How much is it missing?

OK I have photoshop elements. I was wondering what do the elements lack from the actual program, Photoshop!! I would only be using it for recreational purposes and I don't think I would need to purchase the full version, but I am not sure what is extra in photoshop Thanks for the help in advance Timbuk2
