OK.. was just enjoying a good Saturday morning sleep in after a hard week of college / work. But i left my phone on last night so just got woken by a phone call - looked at my phone. Didn't recognise the number and it definantly looked strange (+90544XXXXXXX) so i clicked mute on the ringer and went back for a lie down.

And then a text message came through which said:

(no word of a lie.. this is absolutely true!)

"Hello. How are you? I missyou,my darling.my name is ADEM.My from TURKEY HOLIDAY HOT, PARADAYIS.KUSA SADI.GOOD BY."

While Adem does sound like a keeper.. i'm just not ready for a long-term relationship with another man. I just don't swing that way - free holiday or not! :D

I think i actually recieved a call from that number before but i never answer those strange looking numbers. But there's something definantly suspect about this. Anyone else heard of / recieved anything like this before?

Probably got given a fake number by some girl who never wanted to hear from him again.

Perhaps they want you to reply in order to identify you and then you get stuck on some txt spamming list (a la email spamming)?

I suspect someone made up a number to give to Adem ;)

OP, time to buy a wig, and invest in some lipstick!
