Cash Games in dublin?

    So apart from the main ones( The Fitz, Merrion, SE) discussed in this forum where elsse can you play cash games in Dublin? I saw a thread mentioning the 78 club. Any idea of the stakes and competition?

    1/2 pot limit - the norm i suppose. Lot of orientals play there, only one table. Some sit down with 200 some with 1500. They can be loose sometimes, and cost them nothing to call a 100 stack all in with top pair **** kicker, so pick your hands carefully until you get ahead - can play more hands if ya feel like it then.

    78 is 99% Chiense. Hard to get a cash game here. Usually Fri-Sun one table Weekdays the odd game. 1/2 PL as with most other places. Very loose games, lots of wild betting.

    Hi there. I have not played in this place myself but one of my mates was telling me about a place beside the snooker club on Whiteall Road in Drumcondra. He said its a good place to start out. Usually has about 20 people a night. Some nights they have freezouts while other nights there is buy backs but I dont know when. I'll probably check this place out myself the wekend so I'll put a report on here if I do.
