COD/UO server admin tool

I'm looking for a MOD/ Admin tool for a server I'm setting up in work. Basically I'd like something to allow me to set up custom rotations, display messages etc..... So if you know of any suitable tools, I'd appreciate a link to the tool/mod. thanks, Cerbeus
