IBB Clarion dead?

Hi, anybody here using IBB for internet access? The connection dropped yesterday evening a few times and this morning it is completely dead. Am I alone with this problem or are the more people out there? IB

IBB is ****e in Limerick. My sister has it accross the road from the clarion and she gets speeds worse than dialup.

I have also found out that they are direct debiting customers who are getting zero signal.
