Their was another thread about this a while back but no real answers.

All info/thoughts welcome.

I don't know how tight your budget is, but there are frequent flights between all the islands for $70-$150. I think Caribair, Air Caraibes and Air Jamaica were the ones we saw most often. And I'd add St Lucia to your list if you can fit it in.
