sound dropping on laptop

    hi ,
    i have a pacard bell laptop and the sound keeps droping, i think its a short in a connection sound like it any way......i have only reformated it and just after i did , the problem started. if i open it up what should i be looking for ???

    It's a hardware problem, send it back. You'll not be able to fix it yourself.

    cant bought it off a mate ......the sound is workin but recon there is 2 connectors abit dodgey

    Well, you'll be looking at circuitry and not have a clue where anything is.
